We can assist with product design, Tooling, and material selection from your drawings or those provided by our team based on your design brief. Estimates are given for tooling and production.

Our mould shop is equipped with a 3-dimensional mould flow analysis software by which we can optimise various material,  mould and design parameters, and can simulate the flow during mould filling, and graphically look at post filling behaviour. We can ensure that the mould is balanced in family dies and investigate the merits of moving gate positions, can determine where cavities need to be vented, and can quard against potential weld-line problems which might reduce finished product quality. This technique enables us to prove a design before it is even prototyped.
